# The City of Tshwane says it is committed to safe, dignified and quality healthcare services. Twenty-four municipal primary healthcare clinics have received Health Standards Compliance certificates. Mayor Nasiphi Moya’s spokesperson, Samkelo Mgobozi, says the Office of Health Standards Compliance inspection process evaluates healthcare establishments against rigorous criteria across several domains. He says facilities are assessed using standardised inspection tools, questionnaires and checklists designed to objectively measure compliance with prescribed norms and standards:
