# The Tshwane Metro Police Department arrested 20 illegal immigrants in Bronkhorstspruit and Atteridgeville through targeted law enforcement and illegal immigrants operations on Monday. In the Bronkhorstspruit area alone, 16 individuals were apprehended for contravening the Immigration Act. TMPD spokesperson Puleng Motholo says a total of 59 AARTO infringement notices were also issued and numerous buildings inspected during the operations:
