Minister in the Presidency, Khumbudzo Ntshavheni says Maya’s appointment is seen as a milestone in increasing gender and racial diversity in the judiciary:

The silhouette of a howling wolf was revealed on Thursday and is the fourth in a series of confirmed Banksy animal images that have popped up across London this week. The first was an ibex goat on Monday, followed by a stencil image of two elephants on Tuesday. On Wednesday three monkeys appeared on a train bridge. With one posted every day so far this week, there is much speculation about the meaning behind the animals.
