Equal Education says these charges raise grave concerns about Kodwa’s suitability for this role in the national legislature, adding that the importance of ethical governance and the highest levels of integrity cannot be overstated.

The 22-year-old defeated American Taylor Fritz, 3-6, 7-6, 6-2, 3-6, 6-1, to become the fourth Italian men’s singles semi-finalist in the tournament’s history. He will face Serbia’s Novak Djokovic for a place in the final. Meanwhile, South Africa’s Kgothatso Montjane eased into the Wimbledon ladies wheelchair singles quarterfinals with a, 6-2, 6-0 victory over Britian’s Lucy Shuker.
