# Thirty-five bodies of the Limpopo bus crash have been found as the search continues

# The South African Police Service and Interpol’s National Central Bureau office have confirmed all 45 passengers who died in the Limpopo bus accident and one surviving minor are Botswana citizens. Only 34 bodies had been recovered by yesterday. Of the 34, only nine are identifiable. The surviving minor, an eight-year-old girl, is receiving medical care in hospital. Police spokesperson Athlenda Mathe says authorities are still combing the scene for more bodies:
In Centurion, a baby, a seven-year-old boy and a woman were killed in a crash on the N14 at Rooihuiskraal in Centurion yesterday evening. A man and a woman were also injured when the van they were travelling in left the road, overturned and smashed into a wall. Emer-G-Med paramedics say those killed were ejected from the cargo area of the van. Police are investigating the fatal accident.
Meanwhile, the Democratic Union Party leader, Tonic Manchidi, calls for law enforcement to be visible on the roads to curb road fatalities this Easter weekend, following the bus crash that killed 45 people on the R518 at the Mmamatlakala Bridge, between Marken and Mokopane in Limpopo. The bus was transporting passengers from Botswana to Moria. The DUP’s secretary-general, Thapelo Makgale, says one death on the road is one too many and government must play it’s part to ensure roads are safe for all:
# Rugby: Springbok Women head coach Louis Koen has recalled Aseza Hele to the starting pack for this afternoon’s Test against the USA in London. Hele comes in for Anathi Qolo at number eight, while Asiphe Mayaba returns to the team on the right wing, taking over from Maceala Samboya. The side hopes to build on their 15-13 victory over Spain last weekend. The USA Eagles are ninth on the world rankings and South Africa 12th.
# And finally: DA leader John Steenhuisen has wished all South Africans who observe the Christian faith a blessed Easter and safe journeys for those who travel to attend religious gatherings. Steenhuisen says as Christians comes together to celebrates Easter and the miracle of peace, hope and renewal, he calls on all South Africans to also pray for peaceful elections:
