# EFF leader Julius Malema has criticised president Cyril Ramaphosa for failing to defend the Constitutional Court’s ruling, which ruled that the “Kill the Boer” song is not hate speech. He addressed supporters in Koppies, Free State, on Sunday. US president Donald Trump played a video of Malema chanting the song during his Oval Office meeting with Ramaphosa last week. Malema says Ramaphosa failed to present the facts about the song in front of Trump:
Malema also said Trump will never intimidate him. During his meeting with Ramaphosa, Trump called for Malema to be arrested for singing “Kill the Boer”, and also continued to push the false narrative of a genocide against whites in the country. Malema says the meeting between Trump and Ramaphosa was to decide his fate, effectively calling for his death:
# Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation minister, Maropene Ramokgopa says the G20 Development Working Group continues to invest in income support, universal healthcare, education, housing, and access to basic services. # 28-year-old suspect is set to appear before the Cape Town Magistrate’s Court today in connection with intimidation. Hawks spokesperson Thandi Mbambo says the suspect was arrested in Germiston, Ekurhuleni on Friday after an intimidation case was reported earlier this month. She says a Cape Town-based company CEO allegedly received a voice message from the suspect, in which threats were made against the President of South Africa:
# An investigation has been opened after the discovery of the bodies of five skiers in the mountains near Switzerland’s luxury Zermatt resort. A search led to the discovery of the bodies below the summit of the Adler Glacier. A cause of death has not yet been made public, while a formal identification of the victims is ongoing.

He scored two of his side’s four tries in the team’s 28-20 victory. Penaud is the third Frenchman to win the award, following in the footsteps of Antoine Dupont and Gregory Alldritt. Penaud played a key role in his side’s first Champions Cup title and scored 14 tries in eight games.
