Writes about the family of a murdered man from Brakpan who has now called in the Private Prosecution Unit of AfriForum to assist with the investigation. Emmanuel Mbense, who was testified about before the Madlanga Commission, was allegedly tortured and murdered in 2022.

Reports it has come to light in court that the leader of the International Pentecostal Holiness Church, Mike Sandlana, was apparently born on 29 February 1969. The date does not exist because it was not a leap year.

Like Netwerk24, also writes about the IPID investigation, but asks whether the delay in the investigation did not lead to Van der Merwe’s death.

Reports about an Air Force major who was dismissed in 2018 for serious hate speech, and was reinstated less than a year later. An investigation found major Vincent Mohlala guilty after a social media post he made after the murder of Professor Cobus Naudé. He was reinstated in 2019.

And secondly, the paper writes six pensioners from Nelson Mandela Bay received welcome relief after their municipal accounts were suspended for six months.
