According to Motshekga the sector is still facing an infrastructure crisis:
# Parliament’s portfolio committee on Police has directed the South African Police Service to enhance training for members to ensure compliance with the Domestic Violence Act. From the first of April to the 30th of September last year, 60 complaints were reported, of which 50 involved failure to complete a police domestic violence form. Two cases concern the failure to assist a complainant in opening a case. The committee says increased training will equip police officers with the tools necessary to ensure proper reporting and investigation of domestic violence.
# Gauteng premier, Panyaza Lesufi has expressed concern about the ongoing water crisis in parts of the province. Rand Water has urged residents to use water sparingly as the system experiences severe strain that could lead to a total system collapse. The systems in the City of Tshwane alone were below 30-percent over the weekend, necessitating the immediate shutting down of the water supply to certain reservoirs. Lesufi is urging stakeholders to resolve this issue by the end of the week:
# International Relations and Cooperation minister Naledi Pandor is this week undertaking an official visit to the US and the Caribbean Island of Jamaica. In the US, the minister will engage in high-level consultations and discussions with various stakeholders and organisations, ranging from government, non-governmental, captains of businesses, academia, and key figures. In Jamaica, Pandor will have a bilateral meeting with minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade Kamina Smith Johnson. They will also co-chair the Caribbean Community and Common Market Meeting of Foreign Affairs Ministers.

He won by one shot on 20 under from fellow Americans Brian Harman, Xander Schauffele, and Wyndham Clark. Scheffler says this win is special given he played with an injury:
