# The federal chairperson of the DA, Ivan Meyer says after one year in the government of national unity, the DA stands up to the ANC in the interests of a better South Africa. Meyer says every time the DA does that, they found the ANC buttered up small parties to come to their rescue, both within and outside the government of national unity.
