# ANC deputy president Paul Mashatile says there are no internal quarrels within the government of national unity. He acknowledged some tensions between Gauteng Premier Panyaza Lesufi and DA federal chairperson Helen Zille over the DA’s refusal to work with the ANC in the province. As the government of national unity marks 100 days since the establishment of the seventh administration in June, Mashatile emphasises the ANC’s commitment to unity and progress:

In a written reply, minister of Trade, Industry, and Competition, Parks Tau revealed 50 cases where the commission disputed Labour Court rulings, defended staff dismissals, or litigated against staff in disciplinary matters. On 6 January 2021, Trump’s supporters attacked the US Capitol building in an effort to stop Joe Biden from becoming president.

England and South Africa are currently in the two qualifying places for the semifinals with the Windies third, but victory for the islanders could knock South Africa out due to their better net run rate. If England wins, they and the Proteas will go through. Bangladesh and Scotland have already been eliminated from the group.
