# The Department of Home Affairs says one of the Zimbabwean immigrants processed at the Musina Repatriation Centre in Limpopo has been detained on suspicion of murder. No further details were given about the incident. The department has been accelerating the repatriation of Malawian and Zimbabwean nationals at the centre over the weekend. Limpopo Home Affairs manager, Albert Matsaung, says over 80 buses left the centre over the weekend:

# The Unemployment Insurance Fund says Business Unity South Africa’s decision to withdraw its representatives from the UIF board and related structures at NEDLAC undermines the necessary social dialogue between government, business and labour. BUSA stated that its decision follows six years of repeated warnings of maladministration and ongoing efforts to support reform for the benefit of workers, employers and the stability of the country’s labour market. # Russia launched another wave of missile and drone attacks on Ukraine’s capital, Kyiv, and surrounding districts in the early hours of this morning, with eight people reportedly injured. Several residential buildings were hit. The attack came after Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky warned yesterday that Russia was preparing a new massive strike. Moscow launched an attack on Kyiv last Thursday, killing at least 30 people, the third deadliest assault on the Ukrainian capital since the war started. This comes ahead of the NATO Summit, which starts in Ankara, Turkey, tomorrow.

# Cricket: Australia defeated England by seven wickets at Lord’s to secure a record-extending seventh T20 Women’s World Cup title. England captain Nat Sciver-Brunt scored an unbeaten 58 from 53 balls, as the hosts posted 150 for four in their 20 overs. In reply, Beth Mooney was the pick of the batters, scoring 64 off 49 balls, as Australia chased down 151 for the win with 17 balls to spare. Australian captain Sophie Molineux says she is proud of what they have achieved:
