# Western Cape premier Alan Winde is preparing to embark on a three-day cycle tour to donate 100 bicycles to neighbourhood watches. The cycle tour will follow the conclusion of the reply to the State of the Province Address on Wednesday. The tour will start in Velddrif and end in Cape Town. Winde says the purpose of the tour is to promote safety through mobility to assist with service delivery:
