# Within three years 90-percent of the more than three thousand residents that have moved into their homes in the Forest Village Development in Eersteriver, Cape Town have already received their title deeds. The Western Cape MEC for Human Settlements, Tertuis Simmers, says this milestone means they are now fully-fledged and legal homeowners. He says this was his department’s promise to applicants and they are proud to have kept their word:
