# University of the Western Cape academic member, doctor Cornel Hart, has been honoured with a distinguished membership in the Academy of Community Engagement Scholarship. She was selected among only 32 scholars worldwide. UWC says Hart’s recognition is a testament to her significant contributions to community engagement and development, both in South Africa and internationally.
