Union condemns Intercape’s alleged union-busting tactics [SOUND] 

# The Tirisano Transport and Services Union has expressed outrage following reports that 30 Intercape bus drivers were dismissed after joining a union in May. The union alleges the drivers were sabotaged and mistreated, including being forced to sit for hours without food or water and threatened with dismissal for union affiliation. The union’s spokesperson Gcobisa Kelembe claims these actions violate workers’ constitutional rights and the Labour Relations Act:
