The Glasgow Climate Pact deal will see countries meeting next year to pledge further major carbon cuts with the aim of reaching the 1.5 degree Celsius goal. The deal will also see accelerating the phase-down of unabated coal and inefficient fossil fuel subsidies, and doubling funding for developing nations to adapt to climate change by 2025.
