Tshwane warns residents about another housing scam [SOUND]

# The City of Tshwane is warning residents about an organisation named RCG that is scamming residents who are desperate for housing. A video circulating on social media shows the group purporting that there are an agency that is working with government to address the issue of housing in the metro. Mayoral committee member for Human Settlements, Ofentse Madzebatela says RCG is a criminal organisation and the public is cautioned not to fall victim to these scams:
