# Tshwane’s mayor Randall Williams has joined the acting city manager, Mmaseabata Mutlaneng, on a revenue-collecting campaign. Operation #TshwaneYaTima seeks to disconnect services to defaulting customers. Some buildings that have been disconnected include the Department of Water and Sanitation, Department of Higher Education and Training, Club Crossing Shopping Centre and The Sheraton Hotel. According to Williams, the City’s debtors book currently stands at over 17-billion-rand with national government departments, embassies, businesses and residents failing to pay:
