Three suspects linked to the Phala Phala farm robbery expected back in court

# The case against three suspects accused of stealing foreign currency from president Cyril Ramaphosa’s Phala Phala farm in Limpopo returns to the Modimolle Magistrate’s Court today. The matter was postponed in August, to allow for the disclosure of the docket and for an interpreter to be secured. Imanuwela David, who is the alleged mastermind behind the February 2020 theft, has been in custody since his arrest last year. He is charged alongside siblings Froliana Joseph, who was a domestic worker at the farm, and her brother, Ndilinasho Joseph.
