Teenage pregnancy a contributor to child abandonment last year [SOUND]

# The Department of Social Development reveals a surge in child abandonment cases, with over 250 reported from October to December last year. The department’s spokesperson Lumka Oliphant says the majority occurred in KwaZulu-Natal, Free State, and Western Cape.
