# Two suspects facing charges of contravening the National Environmental Management Biodiversity Act after being found in possession of a lion’s head will be back in the Zeerust Magistrate’s Court in the North West on the 16th of February. 59-year-old Joseph Modime and his accomplice, 54-year-old Emily Mashaba received bail of 1-thousand-500-rand. NPA spokesperson, Henry Mamothame says the court granted them bail under strict conditions that they should refrain from interacting with state witnesses and return for their next court appearance.
