# The George municipality in the Southern Cape says members of the public have until the end of business on Wednesday to take up their offer of a free ten-point check for their vehicles. A spokesperson, Chantel Klose-Barnard, says vehicles can be taken to their facility in Hibernia Street. The policy will be first-come-first-served. The full inspection, including lights and braking systems testing, will take ten minutes. Klose-Barnard invited vehicle owners to make use of the opportunity to ensure they travel safely.
