# The South African National Christian Forum has applauded the Special Investigating Unit for the conclusion of over two-thousand cases and the recovering of over 20-billion-rand in 2023/2024 financial year. Forum president Marothi Mashashane says the recovered funds means nothing to the ordinary citizens who suffer the consequences of curruption:
