# The South African National AIDS Council is mobilising efforts to find 1.1-million people living with HIV who are not on treatment. This follows the launch of a national campaign aiming to get them back on antiretroviral therapy by year-end. SANAC CEO Thembisile Xulu says the plan will ensure better tracking.
