# Money rained down on a San Diego freeway yesterday, when one of the doors of an armoured truck popped open and bags holding cash fell out. The resulting scramble by drivers to scoop up the bills completely shut down the road. A spokesperson for the California Highway Patrol says there was cash all over the freeway. At least two people were placed in handcuffs at the scene. Motorists were warned to return any cash they might have picked up since the FBI is assisting with the investigation.
