Saftu concerned about the instituted throttling of water supply in Joburg [SOUND]

# The South African Federation of Trade Unions says it is dismayed that Johannesburg Water has instituted throttling of the water supply for its residents between 9pm and 4am. This is on top of level one water restrictions that are already in place for the metro. Johannesburg Water says all of these measures are to allow reservoirs to recover and save water.
