# State capture commission chairperson Raymond Zondo has recommended that law-enforcement agencies should conduct further investigations, with a view to possible prosecutions of former Denel board members appointed in 2015. The board, which was led by former president Jacob Zuma’s ex-lawyer Daniel Mantsha, and included current minister of Communications and Digital Technologies, Khumbudzo Ntshavheni, sacked three top executives soon after they were appointed. In part two of the state capture report, Zondo says the board failed to carry out its fiduciary duties in suspending the three executives and then firing them.
