# More bad news about water supply in Tshwane. The City has confirmed that the City of Ekurhuleni substation supplying power to Rand Water’s pump station has had a total power supply failure. The City’s spokesperson, Sipho Stuurman, says technicians are currently on site, working to resolve the electrical fault associated with cable theft at the substation:
