# The minister in Presidency, Khumbudzo Ntshavheni, says government wants everyone who was involved in looting the VBS Bank of 1.9-billion-rand, and implicated by the former chairperson of the bank, Tshifhiwa Matodzi’s affidavit, to be prosecuted. Ntshavheni addressed the media during the first cabinet lekgotla of the government of national unity at the Sefako Makgatho Presidential Guest House in Pretoria. She says government has being supporting the victims of the VBS Bank looting since the matter was uncovered in 2018:
