# North West police has warned unsuspecting members of the community to exercise caution when responding to social media advertisements as criminals are coming up with ways to scam citizens. The warning stems from a fake Facebook employment advertisement circulating since the beginning of this month. Police spokesperson Sabata Mokgwabone says the advertisement invited people to apply for a vacant post at Witrand Hospital in Potchefstroom:
