# Nehawu announced it has decided to approach the Labour Court after the ANC failed to pay all outstanding salaries. The union plans to intensify the campaigns against the party to try and force the employer to accede to workers’ demands. Staff members who have not been paid for three months held a virtual news briefing this week to air their grievances. Staff representative Mvusi Mdala says the party’s leadership has shown a lack of commitment to resolve the labour issues:
