NASA to launch revolutionary Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope in 2027

# NASA has announced plans to launch the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope by May 2027. This new telescope will survey the cosmos one-thousand times faster than Hubble, with similar sensitivity and infrared resolution. It aims to explore the formation of planets, stars, and galaxies, and tackle cosmic mysteries. This includes the accelerating universe and potential breakdowns in Einstein’s theory of relativity. Nasa says that data will be publicly available, and scientists globally can submit proposals for research.
