# The MK Party has filed an urgent application against the Judicial Service Commission, seeking to delay judges’ interviews set for next week. The party argues the JSC’s refusal to postpone the interview, is unconstitutional. They believe the participation of fired judge John Hlophe is vital for the proper composition of the commission, despite the High Court in the Western Cape prohibiting his involvement. The case will be heard this Friday, at the High Court in Johannesburg.
