Minister Nzimande to be part of a Carbon capture technology demonstration [SOUND]

# Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, Blade Nzimande, will be part of a demonstration of a significant carbon capture and utilisation technology at the Kelvin Power Station in Kempton, Ekurhuleni, today. The carbon capture technology supports South Africa’s just energy transition endeavours. The department’s spokesperson, Veli Mbele, says as a signatory to the Paris Agreement, South Africa is committed to climate change mitigation and the substantial reduction of carbon emissions:
