# Social Development minister Lindiwe Zulu will this afternoon hand over keys of a newly-built and fully furnished house to Mkhulu Joseph Thabethe in Soshanguve, Tshwane. This comes as the department has signed a memorandum of understanding with the Collen Mashawana Foundation. Department spokesperson Lumka Oliphant says the MOU focuses on providing decent shelter for older persons, child-headed households, and persons with disabilities:
