# Rand Water in Gauteng has announced the Meredale reservoir is at a critical level. The reservoir was impacted by high water consumption leading to supply challenges at several areas areas across Johannesburg. Spokesperson Eleanor Mavimbela says the Yeoville reservoir has also been affected:
