# Long queues formed outside St George’s Cathedral as members of the public flocked to pay their last respects to archbishop emeritus Desmond Tutu. A Cathedral spokesperson says large crowds are also expected to visit the Cathedral today and walk past where he is lying in state. Members of the public can pay their respects until five in the afternoon even though there will be services at noon during the bellringing ceremony in honour of Tutu as well as evening prayer services at five and nine tonight.
