China leads with 7.4-million jobs, while Africa only reached 324-thousand jobs. Women represent 32-percent of the workforce, yet face barriers to entrepreneurship. In addition, geographic and gender disparities persist. Experts urge increased international collaboration and support for marginalised regions to ensure equitable growth in the renewable sector.
