# The Bethlehem Commercial Crimes Court in the Free State has heavily fined eight people convicted of fraud and corruption. In November 2012, police received information about fraudulent activities by police members, Home Affairs immigration officials and a Port Health employee. They were stationed at Caledonspoort in the Fouriesburg district. Hawks spokesperson Christopher Singo says they demanded gratification from Lesotho nationals who didn’t have legal documents:
