# The GOOD Party is set to lay criminal charges against Western Cape MECs and senior provincial officials at the Cape Town Central Police Station today. The party’s secretary general, Brett Herron, says the administration knowingly misled the legislature, the public, and employees on several issues. He says this constitutes criminal conduct under the Common Law Fraud and the Powers, Privileges and Immunities of Parliament and Provincial Legislatures Act:
