GOOD Party says overcrowding in a classroom in Delft is nothing short of a travesty [SOUND]

# The GOOD Party has condemned the alleged overcrowding in a classroom in Delft, Cape Town, saying this is profoundly damaging to academic pursuits. The Cape Argus reported that 96 Grade 3 learners have been crammed into the Sunray Primary School’s media centre. GOOD’s secretary-general, Brett Herron, says this is nearly three times the teacher-to-student ratio released by the Western Cape Education Department of one teacher to 36 students:
