# The GOOD Party in Gauteng is calling on Tshwane mayor Cilliers Brink to adopt a family meetings approach to the Hammanskraal water crisis. At the height of Covid-19, president Ramaphosa held regular briefings to update South Africans on efforts to combat the pandemic. Public Protector Kholeka Gcaleka found that the City of Tshwane is failing to provide Hammanskraal residents with clean water that is suitable for human and animal consumption. The GOOD’s, Sarah Mabotsa, says regular briefings on the water crisis is needed:
