Giwusa says consumer price index reveals deepening financial crisis [SOUND]

# The general industries union, Giwusa, says that while there has been a deceleration in inflation, the prices of basic goods like food, clothes, and hygiene items remain high. The latest Consumer Price Index report shows a 5.3-percent overall increase in prices between March last year and March this year. The union argues this indicates a deepening financial crisis.
