GIWUSA concerned high cost of living continues to burden working class [SOUND]

# The General Industries Union of South Africa expresses vindication and dismay over findings by the Pietermaritzburg Justice and Dignity Group on the impact of the high cost of living. The report indicates a 6.3-percent rise in the average cost of a household food basket and an 8.5-percent increase in household and personal hygiene items.
