# A 34-year-old former employee of the Madibeng municipality in North West is expected to appear at the Pretoria Specialised Magistrates’ Court tomorrow. He is allegedly linked to a case of fraud involving 30-million-rand. The man is said to have conspired with attorney Gerard Jacques du Plessis. Du Plessis was sentenced to 15-years imprisonment in 2019. Hawks spokesperson Tlangelani Rikhotso says the suspect faces 17 counts of fraud:
