# The City of Cape Town and partners, the Conradie Park housing project in Pinelands, reached a milestone yesterday when the first tenants moved in. Conradie Park is described as a mega mixed income, mixed-use project. The project is part of the city and its partners’ plans to develop affordable housing opportunities across the metro.  The first phase of the social housing blocks comprises of 432 units. Construction of the second phase, comprising 659 units, is earmarked to begin next month, if all goes to plan.
