# The Johannesburg Development Agency says the first phase of construction upgrades for the Rosebank Public Transport Facility has reached practical completion. The scope of works included but was not limited to, the upgrading of sidewalks, stormwater infrastructure around the facility and an intersection upgrade. The agency says the second phase will entail upgrading the existing office building, building food stalls, upgrading ablution facilities and extending the facility’s loading bay canopy. It adds that upgrading the transport facility is to accommodate Rosebank’s rapidly growing commuter base.
