# The Palmridge Commercial Crimes Court has sentenced the former CEO of the Transport Education and Training Authority, Pieter Hendrick Bothma, to seven years in prison for fraud, corruption, and money laundering. His charges relate to mismanaging over 200-million-rand in skills development funds between 2003 and 2005. The NAtional Prosecuting Authority’s Eric Ntabazalila says Bothma benefitted personally from illegal transactions with Fidentia Asset Management:
