eThekwini concerned over impact of cross-border crime on service delivery [SOUND]

# eThekwini Municipality in KwaZulu-Natal is concerned that cross-border crime syndicates are now targeting the municipality which could have a detrimental impact on service delivery. This comes after the Hawks arrested two suspects at the weekend for possession of suspected stolen streetlights worth 1,2-million-rand at Kosi Bay Port of Entry between South Africa and Mozambique. The Municipality’s spokesperson, Gugu Sisilana is appealing for law enforcement authorities to be allowed space and time to investigate the matter without undue pressure:
