#  The Nelson Mandela Bay Metro in the Eastern Cape says residents of informal settlement Moeggesukkel who are complaining about poor service delivery should bear in mind a decision was taken not to carry out any evictions in the area. Spokesperson Mthubanzi Mniki says unfortunately the decision did not include financial planning for basic services. He says the metro was however in the process of developing settlements and has embarked on a Rapid Land Release Programme which will benefit informal settlements.
